I have learned from personal experience that there are many natural supplements that can help with joint discomfort. This affliction could be joint inflammation, stiffness, swelling and pain. I have experienced them all at one time or another. I can say that it is no fun at all. But I have found a way to ease that pain with natural supplements.
Natural supplements in the form of beneficial oils have made the difference for me. Omega 3 fatty acids help fight inflammation. These can be found in salmon, sardines, halibut and other cold-water fish. Another good oil for the relief of joint pain is called gamma linolenic acid. It is derived from evening primrose, borage, black currant and hemp seeds. I have had a substantial reduction in my joint swelling, pain and redness when taking these natural supplements.
I have had the best results when I eat two or three servings of fatty fish every week. I also take fish oil natural supplements every day. A topical cream that contains capsaicin (the oil found on hot peppers) has worked wonders on my aching joints. The natural supplements have been a god send and allow me to live a pretty normal life. I even work out at the gym which also helps with my joints. |
