Computer Work Best Matched with A Vitamins |

We all heard how great carrots were for our vision growing up. While this is somewhat true because day to day vision does not improve from the A vitamins in carrots, they are said to improve night vision and maintain eye sight. Staring at screens all daysif nothing else tires my eyes out. Working 40 hours a week with much of that time in front of a computer has to have some kind of negative effects on eyesight. I’m not taking any chances. I bought vitamin-A natural supplements online and have been taking them down with breakfast at least 5 times a week. It is a simple routine to stay on top of since there are a few other vitamins I’d already been taking in the morning.
I also read the A vitamins improve skin, hair health and boost the immune system. Sticking to the ABCs of vitamins has kept me feeling energized and healthy for a long time. If it wasn’t for a buddy passing along a sore throat my way earlier in the week, I wouldn’t have been sick for over a year now.
